Job Description:
We’re on the lookout for an Admin Assistant to be based in Gauteng.
As an Admin Assistant, you will be responsible for:
Sales Tracking
Co-Ordination of Trade Visits
Budget Management
Office Administration
Call Diary Management and General Administration
POSM Execution Tracking
Picture Reports – Powerpoint
Project Management: co-ordination of events/conferences etc
Collating of Reports (Excel/Power Point)
Job Requirements:
1-2 year’s secretarial/admin experience, preferably in retail
Grade 12
Communication skills (verbal & written)
Sales objective achievement skills
Financial management skills
Planning and organising skills
Time management
Attention to detail
Computer literacy – MS office suite
