As the Receptionist, you would be the initial point of contact for clients or persons contacting the Company telephonically or electronically.
Job Description
As the Receptionist, you would be the initial point of contact for clients or persons contacting the Company telephonically or electronically.
Reception Duties
Answering telephone and transfer calls
Taking messages and relay to relevant person
Receiving deliveries and make sure it goes to the correct person
Assisting clients with information if and when required and/or directing them to relevant person/s
Office Administration
Making sure invoices are signed and sent to accounts
Assisting driver/generator operators with monthly claim sheets
Assisting the Operations Manager with any ad hoc responsibilities as requested
When required, greeting walk in clients and direct them to the person they are meeting
Job Requirements
Qualifications
National Senior Certificate
National Diploma in Office Management
Experience
2 years in Receptionist Area
Technology Proficiency
Microsoft Office Suite – Basic
Language Proficiency
English – Advanced
