We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Service Centre Clerk to assist with day-to-day operations at our service centre. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a friendly and professional demeanor, and strong problem-solving abilities.

Qualifications:
Grade 12, with one year administrative experience
Required Job Competencies:
Execute general administration for the Service Centre as needed
Execute Service Centre inventory control and safekeeping practices
Execute activities to comply with relevant safety policies and procedures
Deal with internal and external customers in a customer centric manner
Effective self-management and teamwork
Ability to multi-skill across departments where and when required

Product and service knowledge
Administrative experience
SAP systems competencies
Warehouse safety responsible care
Warehouse knowledge and experience
MS Excel, MS Word
