Key Responsibilities

• Key Responsibilities

 Conduct conventional measurement and meter reading tasks
 Provide customer data
 Handle generic service activities
 Direct daily customer service activity operations
 Build relationships between Eskom and customers
 Conduct credit revenue and credit management processes
 Perform vending and prepaid activities
 Process quotation and connection activities
 Provide a general Office Administration function
