Minimum Requirements:
Knowledge and Experience Requirements:
Grade 12
Hospitality Qualification- Advantageous
Experience in relevant field within BOH i.e., cold, hot, pizza, baking, bar etc.Knowledge and practice of food safety and hygiene standards.
Duties and Responsibilities
Role and Responsibilities:
Follow all aspects of food and Bev preparation and presentation as set out through brand specific briefings and recipes.
Follow and uphold all relevant sectional SOPs.Attendance and active participation in all relevant training sessions on & off site.Training, coaching and guidance to new hires.Control and minimisation of waste.Utilising kitchen equipment in a safe and responsible manner, avoiding and reporting any damage or required maintenance.Skills and Competencies:Self-motivatedPassion for quality and consistency of product
Flexibility and willingness to work rotating shifts and step in to assist in all sections during busy service.
